New stuff (pics and info that is)

Posted by Paul under: Family Info; Just Interesting; Spec News.

Just a quick one:

I have been adding a lot of pictures so make sure you check them out. Unfortunately, I am limited in my ability to order the most recent ones to the oldest, so you will need to click through all the pages to see them all. Be sure to check out his photo from his first A’s game. We had a great time and it was a great game - A’s win in the bottom of the 9th.

Also, I have added some info (right-hand column) of two guys that I have recently employed. If you are looking to redo the floors in your home or get some landscaping done, then look no further. Both guys do a great job and I can practically guarantee that they will come in cheaper than any other quotes you have received.

That’s all for now.

And as previously mentioned, they are all posted on facebook too.

Site Procedure Change

Posted by Paul under: Site News.

Just a note about a change in procedure for the site. I am removing “Users” from the site, which means that for the few number of you that did this, there will be no more option to log in and comment on posts or pictures. Sorry, but it turned into more work than I wanted thanks to spam posters out there that I constantly had to delete their registrations.

However, the ability to be notified when I make a new post is still intact, and others can still get on the list simply by adding their email to the Subscribe section in the lower right column.

If you would like to comment on a picture, you can do that through Facebook now. All the pictures are posted on my Facebook page.

Talk to everybody soon (recently took some pictures from our first trip to the Zoo so stay tuned).

Update - but sorry, no pics

Posted by Paul under: Family Info; Spec News.

Here is an update on the littlest DaMueller’s man:

Still growing like a weed. In fact, he has now moved out of his original car seat into a convertible car seat (can face both back and forward).

He’s got just one tooth right now, but it looks like he’s got 2-3 coming in right now (at least the middle of the night wake-ups would make you think so). I tell you though, for only having one hill-billy tooth, he can still eat food like a champ.

He has taken his first steps now. I wouldn’t say he is walking yet because he only gets 2-5 steps before he falls, but it will not be much longer until he is running around the house and not just crawling or walking on his knees.

He had his first swimming lesson yesterday. According to Mommy and the swim teacher, he did fantastic. Didn’t cry one bit. Floated on his back. Held himself up by holding on to the side of the pool. He even went with the swim teacher and didn’t fuss at all.

He is still long and lean, and basically wearing all size 12 month cloths.

So, there you go. Sorry for no pictures. I just haven’t been taking any and I really should. I will see if I can fix that.

Yet again, another change to the Photo section

Posted by Paul under: Site News.

I can never leave well enough alone, especially when it comes to the Photo section. So of course, the way it operates has changed again. Unknown to you all out there in the internets, I hated the steps I had to take to get pictures posted. So, after much thought, I have have decided to link the photo section on my facebook account to my photo section here, which makes my life much easier when added photos, and now I don’t have to add them to two different sites.

What does it all mean? Well, the photo section looks a bit different, but there will still be plenty of pictures there to view so when you get a chance, check it out. Of course, I am still added all the older pictures to my facebook right now so it may be a day or two for all the pictures to be there.

Other Sites To Check Out

Here is a list of others sites that for one reason or another, you need to check out! Many listed here are also listed on the Friends Of page. Want to be added, email me a let me know (I know some people that could probably make it happen).

USARinkHockey.com
This is the site I run for all of Rink Hockey in the USA.

Casa Orozco
Great Mexican food in both Livermore and Dublin.

Amador Valley Chiropractic
Get well, get straight!

Great Home In Grants Pass Oregon
Family Realtor in Oregon

The Canyon Villa
Fantastic B&B located in beautiful Paso Robles wine country.

Taylor'ed Flooring
Wayne Taylor
209-499-7104
Carpet, vinyl, Laminate, and pre finished wood installation.
I have known Wayne for a great majority of my life (have played hockey with him from day 1) and I totally stand behind his ability to give you the flooring you want/need, and he will do it for less than you have be quoted. We just had him replace more than half of our carpet with hardwood laminate and it looks great. Another example: a quote was given of $5000 by a local bay area company to do a friend's house, but Wayne's quote was $1400, nuff said.

Need landscaping done. Again, I know a guy that is awesome at what he does, professional in what he does, and stands behind his work. We've had him landscape our front and backyard, and he came in way less than previous quotes from other companies. If you are looking for some new landscaping, shoot me an email and I can give you his contact info. I haven't posted it here because I haven't cleared it with him yet.
